Bug can be reported via an inquiry through our Support Center.
Please follow the steps below to submit a report.
• Click on the “Submit a Ticket” button to submit an inquiry.
• Choose the “Game Play” > "Bug Report"
• Please fill out the needed information and submit the inquiry.
- Details of bug abuse
- Time and date encountered
- Related footage (50MB limit)
Please be as detailed as you can in your description for a faster solution.
